Ring Frei for everyone - free of charge - without timekeeping - from 1:30 p.m Testival (biathlon, inline hockey, skateboarder, scooter, mountain bike,...) from 10:00 a.m

This year, prize money totaling €4,600 will be awarded to our top athletes in inline speed skating and rollerskiing.

The route can already be viewed on Saturday, 26.08.23 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., or the start numbers can also be picked up from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m

Registration for Ring Frei 2023 is open until August 20th, 2023. Late registrations are only possible for the kids race and the speed feeling run.
